Waking Up Early
If I wake Up Early
If I wake up early I can be quiet so I don't wake up others.
Sometimes I wake up early and everyone else is still sleeping. It is important that I stay quiet so I do not wake up anyone.
If I wake up early I can close my eyes and go back to sleep. Sometimes I can't go back to sleep. If this happens I can stay in bed and do a quiet activity. I can:
read a book
do some drawing
play a quiet game
I can stay quiet until I hear that other people are up. If I wake someone up they may be cross with me.
If I wake up early I need to stay quiet. I can stay quiet until it is time to get up.
Waking Up Early
Waking up early means that I stop sleeping before it is getting up time.
Sometimes I can wake up early while everyone else is sleeping. This is OK. I might want to wake someone else up. This is not OK.
If I wake up early I can:
try to go back to sleep
stay in bed and look at a book
do a very quiet activity like drawing
play quietly with a game
If I wake up early I can stay quiet so I do not wake anyone. If I wake someone they may be cross with me.
If I wake up early I can stay very quiet. I can wait until it is time to get up.
