Jealousy is a feeling you can get towards a person who has something or someone you want.

It is OK to feel jealous sometimes. Most people feel jealous from time to time.

Being jealous can feel uncomfortable. It can make you upset and it might make you feel angry towards the other person. It is OK to feel this way.

Sometimes you may want to be unkind towards the person you are jealous of. This is not OK. It is never OK to hurt someone or say unkind words. It also never OK to break things because you feel jealous.
