Over 90 positive words for describing the strengths and positive qualities of a person. Print off the sheets onto card and cut out the words to create a deck of cards. The cards can then be used to support work on emotional intelligence and building self-esteem. Five suggested activities for using the cards are included. Use a reduced deck and limited vocabulary for younger children.

The chosen person should be absent during the discussion which usually can be done in around five minutes.
