Ideally all the targets should focus on one specific behaviour e.g. keeping their bedroom tidy might include the following targets 1, toys away at the end of the play 2, washing in the washing biasket, and 3, make the bed.

A school weekly Moody Monster reward chart with space for the target and agreed reward. Colour in or tick the circle boxes to show progress for each morning and afternoon sessions to work towards one of two rewards at the end of the school week. One reward for a perfect week and a lesser reward for substantial achievement towards the goal. The value is left blank so it can be adapted to meet the needs of the child.

This is a weekly reward chart with opportunity to record progress across 5 lessons or sessions a day. There is space to record the target to be achieved and two differentiated rewards. One for a perfect week and a second lesser reward for substantial achievement of 20 or more successful sessions. Colour in or tick the session circles to show progress towards the daily total.
