The All About Me page contains a range of resources to support individual or group work focussed on learning more about the individual. Resources enable exploration of relationships, aspirations and fears. They can be used to stimulate discussion and increase awareness within the child or young person of these areas.

A single page profile sheet which can be completed with or by the child or young person giving a range of information about themselves. Very useful for supporting transition and capturing pupil voice.

This is simple one-page profile sheet for pupils to record what they think about themselves e.g. what they are good at. Written in child friendly questions it is designed to be completed by the student themselves or with the help of adult support.



Action Pictures of My Family

Use this to get the child or young person to draw a picture of each family member doing some activity. Forms a basis for further one-to-one exploration of relationships within the family.


Coat of Arms

Positive personality traits & attributes

Over 90 positive words for describing the strengths and positive qualities of a person. Print off the sheets onto card and cut out the words to create a deck of cards. The cards can then be used to support work on emotional intelligence and building self-esteem. Five suggested activities for using the cards are included. Use a reduced deck and limited vocabulary for younger children.
